  5. All right, don't get over excited here, 
  6. this is merely a small bug fix release.
  7.  
  8. 1) I fixed the flicker problem :-)
  9. 2) I made the cuts and splashes half transparent.
  10. 3) The resize window to fit button now works fine.
  11. 4) I added a message box when tiles are created.
  12. 5) I corrected my web address in the help dialog.

  14. In the process, I introduced a new bug ... err
  15. ... feature .. that make the display go wrong when
  16. the window is bigger than the image. :-o
  17.  
  18. there is NO functionality changes.

  20. Note: I am aware that moving cuts when scroolbars are
  21. active is not working properly but I don't want to spend 
  22. too much time on code that I'll ditch soon.

  24. I should be working on a much better version 2 soon :-)
